The Korean inspired “Fatcaron” is double-filled with a creamy custard-like buttercream, sandwiched between two chewy macaron shells. All of our fillings are infused with a combination of house made caramels, jams, chocolates, and fresh fruit purées. This creates a light, yet rich and flavorful macaron that has an amazing ice cream-like texture.
